We collect only what is needed for the research.

We explain the purpose before collecting information.

We obtain clear consent before collecting research responses.

We protect participant identity in all published findings.

We will send you occasional research updates related to this study.

We never sell identifiable responses as lead data.

You may request that your information be deleted.

What we collect

Contact data

Name, email, company, role, and country.

Facility data

Locations, bays, business model, years operating, and revenue streams.

Research data

Challenges, technology stack, decision gaps, revenue concerns, and expansion priorities.

Consent record

Consent timestamp, policy version, report preference, interview preference, and quotation permission.

How responses are used

Individual responses are not exposed. Reports may use aggregate percentages, anonymized themes, ranges, and de-identified examples. Strivanta does not publish public facility rankings without authorization.

General participation consent is separate from quotation permission. Quotations are tracked as anonymous only, contact for approval, or named with approval, and only the final approved wording is used.

Analytics

Strivanta never sends survey answers, personal data, company operational data, financial data, or free text to analytics tools.

Analytics may track page views, CTA clicks, study and report starts and completions, form errors, and scheduling clicks.

Security

Research data is protected with row-level security, server-side writes, secure environment variables, restricted access, and auditable records. Service-role keys are never exposed in the browser.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept only while it remains useful for the stated research purpose. Deletion requests are recorded with the request date, the records removed, the completion date, and any required exceptions.
